SOLIDS - Project 2008

Yes - the solids are back at Red Rock. Those who have known us for a long time, know they have come and gone (many times!) from Red Rock.  And here we are again - with a few more solids for 2008. I suppose one could say it is another "kick at the proverbial cat", but I do hope we can lock in a good line this time around. Stay tuned!!!

Golden Boy is our first home bred solid golden of 2008! Sired by Red Rock Simcoe [son of Golfe du Lion] and out of Winsome's Bad Girl. If all goes according to plan, watch for him on the show table - Spring 2009!

Bad Girl is a solid golden coronet sow. She is currently in breeding with one of our intense black/white broken boars (minimal white).  Bad Girl was shown by Erin McGrath (OH) and did very well for her.  Thank you Erin for parting with this lovely girl.

Georgie Girl is a solid silver peruvian sow that I couldn't resist bringing home after the OCC Elmira Show on May 24th. Georgie was gifted to me from "George" (aka Liz Eisel) and I am very excited to bring her home.
